             Collection: FRESH TISSUE on DRY ICE or sterile FLUID in STERILE CONTAINER-Preferred.
Also accepted:  Paraffin embedded tissue
Unacceptable:  Tissues in formalin
Handling:Please specify Bacterial, Fungal, and/or AFB on requisition form. Each amplification is charged separately.
Minimum: Diagnostic yield generally proportional to specimen size.
